Terms and Conditions

Margaret River Tours operates with a minimum passenger requirement. Each tour needs at least two passengers for the tour to run. If the tour minimum of two people is not reached then we offer to reschedule your tour to another day. Alternatively, the passenger may opt to pay for two tickets to conduct a tour. A 30% cancellation fee applies at all times. This fee increases to 100% if less than 24 hours notice is given before the commencement of the tour.

Our pickup service is within approximately a 10km radius of central Margaret River township (includes Gnarabup and Prevelly). If you do not provide a pickup address at the time of booking we will assume that you want us to pick you up and drop you back to the Margaret River Visitors Centre.

Western Australian liquor laws require that wineries refuse service to anyone who is clearly intoxicated. If you get to the point where we think you shouldn't have any more to drink, we will ask that you refrain from tasting for a while. If you become abusive to us, other patrons or the winery staff we will return you to your accommodation immediately. We really don't want that to happen, but we have a duty of care for you and everyone else we interact with throughout the day.

On rare occasions, due to unforseen circumstances, Margaret River Tours management may need to adjust the tour itinerary at short notice.

The Health and Safety of Margaret River Tours’ guests, staff and partners is always our top priority. We will, and we expect you as our customers to, comply with all Government Federal and State COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements. Where a customer does not meet these requirements a) prior to departure from the customer's home/location, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid; or b) for entry to the event of venue or access to the service, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.
