The Health and Safety of Margaret River Tours’ guests, staff and partners is always our top priority. We will continue to update this page as new information becomes available.

If you are ill, considered high risk or have a member of your immediate household who is sick or at high risk please cancel your booking and isolate yourself from the wider Margaret River community to the best of your ability.  In the event of you needing to cancel, due to either illness or changed travel plans, we will provide you with a full refund minus a 25 dollar processing fee (this one off charge applies to the whole booking not to each passenger). Please note: this is a short term policy. Our usual refunds policy will be reinstated when the Covid-19 issue is brought under control.

In addition to our already thorough bus cleaning regime our buses will be even more stringently disinfected at the end of each day.

Hand sanitiser is available onboard the bus, however if you have access to your own sanitiser we would appreciate you bringing it, for your personal use throughout the day, as we are finding it difficult to obtain. We encourage you to engage in thorough and frequent handwashing throughout the day as per WA Health Dept recommendations.

If you choose to change the dates of your booking during this time we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

Margaret River Tours operates with a minimum passenger requirement. Each tour needs at least two passengers for the tour to run. If the tour minimum of two people is not reached then we offer to reschedule your tour to another day. Alternatively, the passenger may opt to pay for two tickets to conduct a tour. A 30% cancellation fee applies at all times. This fee increases to 100% if less than 24 hours notice is given before the commencement of the tour.

Our pickup service is within approximately a 10km radius of central Margaret River township (includes Gnarabup and Prevelly). If you do not provide a pickup address at the time of booking we will assume that you want us to pick you up and drop you back to the Margaret River Visitors Centre.

Western Australian liquor laws require that wineries refuse service to anyone who is clearly intoxicated. If you get to the point where we think you shouldn't have any more to drink, we will ask that you refrain from tasting for a while. If you become abusive to us, other patrons or the winery staff we will return you to your accommodation immediately. We really don't want that to happen, but we have a duty of care for you and everyone else we interact with throughout the day.
